Material Specifications Spodumene ore/concentrate with a purity range of 5% - 7.5% Li20 Quantity • First shipment: 10,000 MT, measured in dry tons • Afterwards, a 12-month contract for 10,000 MT/month • Tolerance of shipment quantity ±5% Delivery and inspection • Delivery is CIF to the destination seaport in China • SGS/CCIC at loading port and CCIC/CIQ at discharging port • CIF discharge port, dry-base settlement (i.e. the net weight of spodumene concentrate deduct moisture contained and packaging) • After the goods arrive at the discharging port of China and pass the quality and weight inspection by CC IC I CIQ of China Customs, Buyer shall pay for the goods to the seller by mode of 100% LC at sight • Currency in use is US dollar Supplier information We request prospective suppliers provide the following information: 1.
